Cao, shunLi was born in 1961, had studied at Peking University, received a Master of Laws degree. He had worked in the People＇s Republic of China Ministry of Labor and Personnel, for exposing corruption unit allocation offend in leadership, public service is canceled. Since then embarked rights roads, often petitioners to provide legal help.
