Since the CCP established its regime, the CCP＇s flip-flop is the usual practice. From birth to encourage people to strictly limit public maternity is a proof; order to strictly control the rapid rate of population growth, the Chinese government formulated the family planning policy, and as a basic national policy to promote the country by force. "Family planning" is a frequent change of the so-called national policy.
From the perspective of natural development point of view, the CCP is the destruction of the Chinese population stable Responsibility. Over the years, the Chinese government did not make people live well, can not solve the education, health, housing and other issues, they shirk responsibility, saying it was too much of China＇s population was born too fast.
