Wang, Xiuping: improving the rule of law is the basis of human rights
王秀萍(Wang, Xiuping)
Improve the human rights situation in China is the requirement of the Chinese people to improve human rights, we can protect the rights of the people, the majority of people are the beneficiaries; contrary, the Chinese government and officials and unscrupulous profiteering traders encountered trouble, they can not just human rights abuses. That is why the Chinese government is an important reason to stop in every possible way to improve human rights.
The current Constitution of China has issued sixty years, experienced revised numerous times, also "the government to respect human rights and the protection of human rights" in terms of the increase in China's constitution. Decades later, China's human rights has not improved. Today's China is still in the "constitutional, non-constitutional" state of disorder.
Promoting the improvement of human rights in China, we must limit the powers of the terms of the ruling party; highlight and reflect the protection of human rights of people in terms of content, stop persecuting human rights; rule of law, protection of human rights provisions in the law, limiting official abuse of power, establishing from the law of human rights improved terms.
