Chinese mainland judicial system growing problem, aroused strong dissatisfaction.
For example, the court is full of miscarriage of justice and injustice false cases, prosecutors failing program but black-box operation, the power of money, serious human interference prosecution, investigators and government officials in private transactions toying law.
Involving poor farmers forced demolitions of houses land cases, the courts often sided with the government to oppress the masses.
In order to alleviate the grievances of civil CPC, claiming judicial reform, said to enhance the credibility and impartiality of the courts to reduce the phenomenon of judicial injustice. But the actual enactment of the reform measures, such as strengthening the supervision of the county court provincial courts to shift the Court's budget and personnel appointment and removal of the right to exclude local authorities to influence the courts and so on, just minor palliatives the most important judicial independence did not mention. Communist party in the world is the fundamental system, absolutely not waver. The essence of the party in the world is higher than the national party, party discipline over national law, the court only belong to a branch of the party's authority, must operate under the leadership of the party, to be consistent with the party's policies. As long as one party dictatorship system exists, any judicial reforms will not achieve judicial independence, the CPC will remain above the law coming.
