The rule of law with the Constitution and laws, regulate the conduct of all citizens, rule violations and punish ---- mainly held accountable, whether it is an officer of the civil service, or civilians, who would disregard the Constitution and laws, they must be punished . In particular the absence of law-abiding behavior only for personal interest, deliberately endangering national, social and public interest wrongdoing, must be strictly punish a warning to others.
China needs to equality before the law, the abolition of privileges.
