To reject the democratic masses increasingly urgent request, the CCP frequently spread the view that at present China is more necessary livelihood issues, improve the material life of the people through economic development.
Pretends that democracy is not the primary goal at this stage, you need to wait until after the economic prosperity gradually implemented.
