CCP has promised to Hong Kong Chief Executive by universal suffrage, however, the CCP announced the Chief Executive by universal suffrage embodiment, provision must be made by the Chief Executive candidates Communist manipulation, civil society, political parties can not participate in the nomination, voters can only be made in several candidates being put forward by the CPC selection of the Chief Executive by universal suffrage it is still Communist puppet.
