The present era, the rule of law, facts, in order to revitalize the Chinese nation!
Past China＇s "Practice is the sole criterion for testing truth" is the winner takes all gangster logic, can not guarantee the rule of law and democracy, freedom and human rights, only to uphold fairness and justice, in order to create the history and the future!
But now the Chinese are people advocate, authorities executed "rule of law", should focus on the repression of the people! This is clearly absurd advocacy. Because, "the rule of law," the focus should be to protect the people.
China since the 1982 constitution, the referendum conducted on legal education, the implementation of "the law, the law must be strictly enforced, and violators are prosecuted," equality before the law, since 30 years, China could not truly implement the "rule of law."
China truth is that both the civil officer, or civilians, or just fear of defying the law are right, equal to 30 years to engage in legal education only.
Currently, China is the best proof of rampant corruption "rule of law" is invalid.
