张晓莉(Zhang, Xiaoli)
Rights in China's authoritarian society, people do not openly express their views, especially on the government not to make any comments or criticisms, suggestions, whether words or text. People can only be singing the praises of the government against one, if you find people's remarks on government officials or unfavorable, will be held accountable, even the so-called harm social stability, wear a hat; today's Chinese society, all voices have long been subject to controls.
Chinese society does not have freedom of speech, which is autocratic regime of Chinese society of the decision, although China's legal provisions citizens have freedom of speech. But this is only limited legal provisions remain in the text. Chinese government restrictions on freedom of expression, democratic practices and civil society are contradictory; everyone needs freedom of speech, which is given to us by God to human rights, because each of us is free and equal, since mutual equality, it it should be mutual respect; a prerequisite for mutual respect is a must to let people enjoy the right to freedom of expression.
