Han, Xiaolan: China needs an independent “rule by law”
韩晓岚(Han, Xiaolan)
"Rule of law" is very loud recently called a slogan in China, but this was reflected in the slogan, the concept of the rule of the CCP is essentially paternalistic.
This relates to the "rule of law" and "rule of law" the essential difference:
"Rule of law" requires otherwise not the subject of a law, he manipulated the law to carry out "rule"; and the "rule of law" is not needed in this "behind the scenes manipulator law" in order to rule the country, is to make their own laws to govern.
"Rule of law" and "rule of law" is really two different concepts, should not be confused. The "rule of law" and "rule of law" is two different concepts. The "rule of law" is true, "rule of law" in the strict sense, and in the modern sense.
Simply put, the judiciary must be independent, otherwise it will be because of any power centralized leadership and direction degenerates.
The first step in the rule of law in the country, is to develop the Sunshine Act, public officials and property!
China needs a separate "rule by law"! The rights of the Chinese people can really be guaranteed! Equality before the law in order to achieve more effective to avoid unjust, false, wrong case, so that all Chinese people living in the protection of the law in.
