Democratic movement in modern countries, mostly mobilize students to participate in strikes, they are concerned about political ideology active, courageous little selfish, when the country needs to come forward and push society forward.
For example: South Korea, Indonesia, Myanmar, and the Jasmine Revolution in the Middle East, all the students took to the streets to protest, challenge power perseverance, and finally forced the authoritarian government to step down, the successful implementation of the national democratic transformation.
China also has a fine tradition of young students.
From the "54" movement proposed the establishment of a democratic China, to the "89 June 4th," the student movement opposed to Communist tyranny, and then launch the student democracy movement in Hong Kong, calls for a genuine universal suffrage, up nearly a century, the student movement fought magnificent, self-sacrifice and dedication country, and write Chinese democracy movement glorious history.
Chinese progress is needed young blood, and people in the "54", "89 June 4th", "Hong Kong student movement" among generations to see the spirit of reform, reassuring proud.
In the brutal repression under Communist dictatorship, the Chinese democracy movement has always been more difficult for the slow progress, some even pessimistic frustrated, but no country can continue to produce such a number of hot-blooded youth, it is no reason to be disappointed.
