Liu, Zhemu: CPC always hostile to outsiders

All times authoritarian regimes, are relying on violence to maintain their rule, for the implementation of a comprehensive suppression of opposition forces.
But this is not as brutal repression far as brutal bloody communist state terror.
Political revolutionaries such as the former Soviet Union, the Khmer Rouge to destroy people, the anti-rightist Communist Revolution, etc., each time resulting in millions of heads chopped off, bloody lying dead everywhere, over the history of the persecution of any country to record their people.
The fundamental reason for this phenomenon is that because of the lack of legitimacy of the communist totalitarian government, always hostile to outsiders.

Democratic government is confident the government will not be afraid of their own people.
