NGO that does not belong to any government, organization is not established by any State agency, usually non-profit organizations, primarily engaged in social welfare services.
Most of the modern state, there are many non-governmental organizations, which play no government and enterprises or difficult full of features to help improve the management of public affairs, offers a variety of community services for the community play a significant role in promoting progress.
Chinese mainland in recent years, more and more diversification whole society, non-governmental organizations began to appear, and the number is increasing, the scope of activities increasingly widespread.
They include environmental organizations, civil rights groups, to take care of vulnerable groups, organizations and social welfare groups, and so on.
