China since the promulgation of the 1982 Constitution, the conduct of the national legal education, the implementation of "the law, the law must be strictly enforced, and violators are prosecuted," equality before the law, has 30 years, China could not truly implement the "rule of law."
China＇s truth is that both the civil officer, or civilians, or only those who fear right defying law, equal to engage in just 30 years of legal education.
At present, China is the best proof of rampant corruption "rule of law" is invalid.
China needs to implement a true "rule of law."
