CPC should be held every year and the CPPCC National People＇s Congress meeting, representatives and members from all gathered smugness fuss, claiming to represent the majority of the people in politics, the masters of the management of state powers, playing the role of political consultation and democratic supervision, listen to the government work report, line, principles and discuss state policies, draft legislative proposals, etc., thereby displaying the superiority of the so-called socialist deliberative democracy.
