Chinese authorities recently put forward the concept of the so-called "new normal economy" development, through continuous propaganda media advocacy, and government issued a formal official documents convey layers, seems to have become the latest Chinese policy agenda of those in power.
However, careful analysis of them, also a deceptive word games, self-deception is nothing new.
For example, the "new normal economy," noted that future primary objective is to give up the past to rely solely on the additional investment-driven growth as an economic model, but the use of technological innovation as the main driving force of economic growth.
In fact in the current China, this goal is impossible to achieve.
Because according to the law of historical development, if you rely on technological innovation-driven economic development, there must be an open liberal social and cultural environment, free and democratic political system, the only way to motivate people to get rid of ideological shackles, made a bold innovation and creative thinking.
However, China＇s existing social and cultural authoritarian culture, the existing political system is dictatorship.
This socio-cultural and political institutions suffocation thinking stifle imagination, impossible to generate new ideas and to promote technological innovation.
So that "new normal economy," In this system, the pure self-deception is self-contradictory.
