Wang, Zhigang: What are human rights?
王志刚(Wang, Zhigang)
Human rights (fundamental human rights, natural rights, and fundamental human rights) refers to "individuals or groups because as human beings, and should enjoy the right to" a lot of the value of human rights in order to strengthen people's initiative and with the universal (or say universal) principle requires that all people should enjoy this natural right.
Human rights requirements "to people as human beings," is man's philosophy. Human rights, including the right to life, liberty, property rights, the right to dignity and the pursuit of happiness. Human rights are the core of the natural rights, no human rights, no freedom, equality, democracy, constitutionalism and fraternity.
United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights established by the maintenance and protection of human rights are universal fundamental ethical principles. Whether the government or the social protection of human rights is often an important normative values of the Constitution, international law and the international community evaluation.
In promoting the protection of human rights around the world, when Communist authorities have stepped up repression of human rights activists, this is contrary to the era of the development of civilization, we ask the Chinese government to improve human rights, but also to strive for the protection of human rights, and world civilization standards.
