Shao, Yixiao: China must prevent official corruption from the system
邵一校(Shao, Yixiao)
Officials of the Communist Party of China is inseparable from the social and independent existence. They are a member of the society; and ordinary people are affected by the same influence of all kinds of social factors, at present China's one party dictatorship is a corruption of the political system. The high level of the Chinese Communist Party's political power control most of the Chinese economy, because there is no power balance, there is no independent judiciary and media, the CPC controlled everything. The laws of the state are controlled by the Communist Party of China, and those who control the political power of the Communist Party of China can use the law to do whatever they want. Look at today's Chinese society, the officials are not serving the people, but for their services. They advocate the value of money, personal gain, personal achievement, high consumption and decadent entertainment. Because of the lack of legal constraints, the official power is bound to produce a number of corrupt officials, so that the pursuit of self-interest is a common feature of China's corrupt officials.
One party autocracy in party, government, legislation, judicial independence, officials of the power can not be restricted; one party dictatorship is a forever in the machine manufacturing of corrupt officials. What method can effectively stop the official corruption and corruption? A good and reasonable social system is the essential condition for controlling the spread of official corruption.
If China's political system allows two party, or more than two parties were in turn competition ruling, achieving separation of legislative, executive and judicial power, can make the power officials subject to legal constraints, officials in the use of power will be subject to supervision; all parties in interest to restrict each other, between political parties and interest coexist and reach relative balance. Government and officials in the exercise of public power, must be to ensure that the interests of the state and the people of the premise, from the system to prevent corruption.
