Under the international community continues to condemn the CCP has recently put in place a number of new rules to prevent torture, the Chinese authorities claimed that these provisions will reduce the incidence of abuse of prisoners situation.
But in fact, these provisions have not fully implemented, the issue of Chinese police torture detainees still very serious.

Or switch without leaving obvious scars methods of torture, such as the prisoners forced fixed on the tiger bench for a few days and nights not relaxed.
CCP is one of the United Nations Convention against Torture, a signatory, has repeatedly claimed resolutely oppose torture, but as with other international conventions signed by the Chinese Communist Party, are tricks to deceive the international community to fool its own people, the authorities never intended seriously to implement.
As long as the CCP continued to violate human rights, torture and the Chinese mainland will never ban.
Unless the Chinese democracy, and change the political system, to completely change the situation in China.
