Recent news about the resignation of Judge mainland China often hit the papers, it raises concerns about the CCP court system.
Coastal cities and some economically developed provinces in the past few years have been a lot of judges to resign, these judges to give up an enviable iron rice bowl, the sea and find another career choice, reflecting the judicial system in mainland China there is a big problem.
The apparent cause of the resignation of Judge in China, is to want to leave the bureaucracy to join the economic tide, to play their own material in order to obtain greater benefits.
But the deeper reason is that the Chinese mainland is no judicial independence of judges, investigators must fully obey the directives of superiors, judicial corruption is very serious.
In this case, many judges do not want to have a sense of justice in cahoots, unconscionable decision in accordance with the directives of superiors at random, so just resign away.
Western democracies independence of the judiciary, judges can enforce the law, high social status, is an enviable career, most tenure until retirement, resignation exodus phenomenon rarely occurs.
While China is the Chinese Communist Party committees and governments judge the real subordinate clerks, to the CCP interests can trample any law, so, a little moral conscience of the people do not want to help the CCP to do bad things.
