Chinese mainland often heard some strange court decision, some of the simple case of right and wrong cases, the judge＇s decision is contrary to common sense, unbelievable.
Injured party suffered a defeat, but also to pay a fine, and the defendant infringed not only with impunity, but also to give monetary compensation, is really incredible.
One might ask, how can the decision would be, is not a judge can not afford stupid silly and level? In fact, the current overall level of mainland Chinese judges is very high, they are undergraduate or graduate of Law, received long-term theoretical education after graduation and after years of practice, both theory and practice are very good.
So why the judge would make such a ridiculous decision, write it so right and wrong judgments? The key is that these judges had been bribed by unscrupulous parties who gave more money to judge who wins, can become irrational rational, irrational can become rational.
China really should be the old saying, Yamen toward Nankai, rational Mo money came in, the Chinese mainland judicial downright rotten.
