Under Communist rule in China serious corruption, we have been unable to pick up the point, from the Central Committee of Communist Party officials, to the whole of China＇s Communist Party officials in corruption.
While Chinese authorities are trying to fight corruption, make the so-called "anti-corruption", but also to capture some of the party officials, but corruption is still unable to reverse the situation.
What is the reason China＇s rampant corruption will any of it?
The reason is that China is a Communist one-party system, under judicial control by the one-party system, people do not engage in judicial independence of the judiciary power, not independently decide cases in the judicial process by the one-party system of control, loss of fairness and justice.
In the end, the one-party system led to judicial corruption, judicial corruption belong to systemic corruption, because the judicial system is to defend social justice, safeguard the interests of the people of the last line of defense, if the judicial system are corrupt penetration, civilians will be completely disappointed.
Advanced democratic countries is to take various measures to ensure the implementation of a real separation of powers, judicial checks and balances between the legislative equal administrative status, the judicial system aloof independence, the status of judges noble and respected, impartial law enforcement to decide cases fairly, by society and people＇s trust.
China should establish a new social system in line with the historical trend, to protect society, to protect the people, the new social system is a democratic system.
