Liu, Kequan: CCP still violations of civil reproductive rights
刘克全(Liu, Kequan )
CCP use state power to impose family planning policy, a gross violation of citizens' basic human rights, and cause serious social problems, has caused numerous protests of women's organizations of the United Nations, the international community condemned the brutal tyranny of the CCP.
CCP was forced to reform the current fertility policy, the implementation of many years to relax the one-child provision allowing some families may have a second child, but the Chinese women's reproductive rights has still not been substantial improvement.
Currently CCP new policy provides that, in rural areas, if the couple first child is a girl, you can allow a second child.
But fertility is still strictly controlled by the authorities, students first need to be approved, students also approved a second, there is no birth and pregnancy will be compulsory abortion, Chinese women still are not free to give birth to their children.
Convention on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women of the United Nations made it clear that birth parents enjoy the freedom to decide the number of children the basic human rights, family planning must be based on a voluntary basis, can not be used in any form of coercive measures, indicators or quotas should not be forced to implement family planning.
China is currently the world's only mandatory family planning policy, the CCP trample human civilization, violations of reproductive rights of citizens.
