World Health Organization recently released global road safety status report showing a sharp increase in traffic accidents in China in recent years, the death toll has now reached more than thirty million people each year, according to the proportion of population far exceeds the world average.
Now traffic accident deaths has exceeded the cancer, the leading cause of accidental death of the Chinese people.
Frequent traffic accidents in China, many deaths, serious economic losses, mostly caused by man-made causes.
Such as large coach staff overload, driver fatigue driving too long, lack of maintenance of vehicles sick on the road, as well as the implementation of strict regulatory measures traffic and so on.
Although the Party for monitoring road vehicle management, have enacted relevant laws and regulations to implement a comprehensive control, but the authoritarian government has been indifferent to the people of life, depending on such a trifling matter, traffic enforcement has always been so perfunctory, various regulations is tantamount to waste people＇s property, so cause traffic accidents remains high.
