In recent years, Chinese Party puts a lot of efforts to fight against corrupt officials, but why corruption still repeated, even senior leaders unbridled corruption? For example, Politburo member Bo, Xilai bought villas, luxury, in a foreign country , and spend a lot of government＇s money for his wife and his son for luxury living in abroad; Zhou, Yongkang , a secretary of the Central Political and Law Commission, sells grassroots leadership positions. He as rich as a country. The reason of those problems, because of one-party dictatorship is the root of corruption. The only way To solve China＇s corruption problems is that to carry out the judicial, legislative and administrative separation of powers, restrict each other.
