Wu, Lixia :China cannot control corruption
吴丽霞(Wu, Lixia)
Communist Party of China is determined to combat corruption, but corruption and embezzlement phenomenon gets worse and worse .why corruption cannot be controlled? I think there are two reasons: First, China's one-party dictatorship of the problem, there is no mechanism for mutual supervision. The second is the "red family" corruption, government officials do not have the courage to fight against themselves. First of all, the Communist Party of China is China's core of leadership, even if the NPC(the National People's Congress) and CPPCC (the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference) , and other parties are seem to be at same level with the Communist Party and government administration, but in fact, those officers are also appointed by the Communist Party of China, besides, the officers of Chinese judicial and discipline inspection departments are also appointed by the Chinese communist Party too; and get the payrolls from it. This determines the judicial discipline inspection and supervision is no way to enforce the law. Second, now most Chinese officials, particularly the families of central officials and children run business, especially their families and children control officials of China's key economic areas, they have huge assets. They are not afraid, because there are power umbrellas in their families . In summary, the Chinese Communist Party fights against corruption is hopeless, even impossible to control.
