CCP Central Committee General Secretary Xi ,Jinping express his anti-corruption determination again , and said that he will fight tigers and flies all together, strictly prohibited ＇ supervisors have policies , subordinates have counter-measures ＇ . I think the’ tigers and flies’ statement intend to give the Chinese people hope about the anti-corruption campaign, but the system determines CCP leaders anti-corruption campaign can’t really succeed. Because the root cause of the corruption is the Chinese Communist Party is the one-party dictatorship. CCP has absolute power, no restrictions and constraints. The real way to solve the CCP corruption is freedom of expression and press freedom
