Since the Chinese Communist Party announced Lawyers years ago, mainland lawyers have been called on to take various actions require a provision of the Lawyers Law, "lawyer must join his local bar association" to voluntarily join, since this provision greatly limits the normal activities of lawyers so that lawyers can not safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
Cities and counties in each province in mainland China Lawyers Association, the nature of the functionality and trade unions on the continent as individual plants.
Mainland China is on the surface of the working class union industry organizations, claiming to protect the interests of workers and defend workers＇ rights, in fact, is the government agency responsible for labor policy enforcement authorities to collect the workers of dynamic information, assist government workers.
Mainland China Lawyers Association is nominally legal profession organization, but not in order to protect the legitimate interests and rights of practicing lawyers, but lawyers on behalf of the government management oversight, the authorities suppress restrictions lawyer tools.
If the Bar Association found that government lawyers to cause trouble, it can revoke the solicitor as punishment. So the Chinese mainland in order to truly achieve justice lawyers, lawyers in mainland China must modify this law mandatory.
