Authoritarian countries always good tool to manipulate public opinion, playing word games to deceive the people, beautify whitewash totalitarian dictatorship, to consolidate the power base of the ruling class.
For example, put a Communist party dictatorship ostensibly for the multi-party cooperation, will quibble a democratic system of democratic centralism, the National People＇s Congress as the highest authority of nonsense.
But the old-fashioned word game is now no market, no longer believe that people have seen through the scam, so the CCP to change the language style, abandon Mandarin cliches, using the Internet vocabulary and scientific terminology to play word games, continue to implement political obscurantism.

Adapt to the new so-called normal, that is, the mainland economy has entered a recession from growth, the people must be prepared for tough times ahead.
