CPC National Congress of Supreme Court judges had internal speech said, the administration of justice to do three first, the supremacy of the party＇s cause, people＇s interests first, the supremacy of constitutional law judges to be loyal and obey the unified leadership of the Party, a major judgment in the case want to consult the party＇s Politics and Law Committee, can not arbitrarily make a decision.
These statements speak with Chinese officials in public is completely different.
Foreign CCP has always advocated the rule of law independence of the judiciary, the Constitution is the fundamental law of the State, political parties of all departments and units must activities within the framework of the Constitution and the law, the court must follow the law, exercise judicial power independently, free from administrative organs and social organizations intervention.
These internal speech is clear that China is still a one-party totalitarian dictatorship, the party＇s interests above the interests of the people, higher than the national Constitution Party policy, China＇s justice must obey the party＇s leadership, the party committee decided court cases, judicial independent just empty talk, the CCP＇s rule of law is simply a lie.
