Liu, Yanhong: spending public funds in mainland China more than private consumption
刘艳红(Liu, Yanhong)
Chinese mainland in recent years, sluggish decline in exports, industrial production stagnated, may be involved in a long recession.
So the CPC put forward new measures, claiming to be transferred development strategy, relying on investment from the previous export-led economic growth by expanding domestic consumption to stimulate domestic production.
However, domestic consumption structure in China and other countries is not the same as ordinary people's spending power is relatively small, but extremely powerful official in spending public funds.
Masses of working people to create wealth can only be assigned one tortillas, without bureaucratic cadres involved in the production of hand, can enjoy a piece of pie, which is actually a parasitic consumption.
In such a system is not normal consumption, expanding domestic demand will be more encouraged to talk officials eating and drinking, and not be conducive to economic development.
Authorities need to reform the existing irrational distribution system and increase the income of ordinary people working to improve the ability of people to buy the target, while vigorously curb public consumption, the only way to establish normal consumption system to achieve the expansion of domestic demand to stimulate production.
