Every year after the Spring Festival, mainland provinces and cities NPC CPPCC sessions, two of the country and Beijing held intensive, but also the annual show of hands warmly applauded time.
Turn on the TV these days, all over the two sessions topics, bustling scene meeting, representatives of all walks of life have played an appearance, as if a grand national holiday party.
But beneath the lively appearance, there is another side of discord, based around the two reports, as many deputies or CPPCC members of movie stars and sports champions, do not leave early to attend the proposed meeting.
Many of them, it is all the agenda and never once attended the meeting from beginning to end, is not late and leave early, but no one proposal.
Chinese mainland by the Communist deputies and CPPCC members to pick produce, to reward the various sectors of the so-called advanced people.
