As you know, "International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights," a UN human rights convention on the basis of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted by the Convention requires governments around the world to protect speech and press, assembly of association, freedom of religion and other basic human rights, ensure that citizens equality before the law, prohibition of torture.
