Practiced in mainland China＇s reform and opening up policy, the CCP was strongly welcomes foreign enterprises to enter China, we hope to provide preferential terms to attract foreign business in China, to take advantage of technology and management experience of foreign enterprises, and promote the rapid development of Chinese economy.
But with the political tightening, now Communist attitude toward foreign investors began to turn tough.
