China needs to act in accordance with the law. Why do you say that?
Because China has promulgated a lot of very detailed legal provisions, which sounds very good, and it is also very good to say, but how many laws are actually being implemented?
The chaos and disorder in mainland China is caused by non-compliance with the law.
The market sales of fake medicines, fake wine and fake milk have been repeatedly banned, endangering everyone＇s lives.
Although the country has enacted a food safety law long ago, it is basically useless, and no one takes it as the same thing.
This shows that although China has entered the 21st century, it is still a country governed by people that does not act in accordance with the law.
The fundamental reason for this phenomenon is that those in power take the lead in undermining the rule of law, and they have a similar effect when they go up and down. Therefore, Chinese society has become a country that is extremely ignorant of the law.
For example, the constitution is the fundamental law of a country, with a lofty status and exemplary role, but the law enforcers regard such a sacred law as waste paper.
The current constitution clearly stipulates that all state power belongs to the people. Citizens have the freedom of speech, publication, assembly, association, procession, and demonstration. Citizens have the right to criticize and make suggestions to any state agency and state functionary.
But in reality, the government and the people have a deviation in their understanding and specific implementation of the constitution, and some do not take it seriously.
As a result, the whole society has a strange phenomenon of not following the law.
