The Chinese people are not capable of "subverting the state power." If the Chinese people just express their views, they will be guilty of "subverting the state power."
The CCP often prosecutes those who criticize the CCP for "subverting state power." This is actually very absurd.
The so-called state power in the Chinese Communist law refers to the government of the People＇s Republic of China, although this state power is not freely elected, lacks the authorization of public opinion, and does not have legitimacy.
Especially due to the deepening of social contradictions in China, the antagonism between the government and the people is unprecedentedly fierce, social corruption has exceeded the people＇s bottom line of tolerance, and more and more people are strongly dissatisfied with this country＇s regime.
But those who really want to subvert this regime, or even completely overthrow the People’s Republic of China, are only a handful of radicals. Most critics still hope for peaceful reforms within the system.
In recent years, the CCP has arrested many so-called political prisoners. They are in fact civilians. They are just because their rights have been violated. They have been treated roughly by the urban management police. They have nowhere to blame and complains. They can only express their dissatisfaction online. Make a few angry remarks and vent some in order to balance your mind.
This is a reaction that normal people would have. It does not involve conspiracy or political ambitions. How can it be out of context to make an infinite line? Luo Zhi deduced as a political attempt to conspire to subvert the regime and delusion to overthrow the CCP.
In particular, the Chinese democrats＇ advocacy of a democratic China is not about "subverting state power", but rather a proposition of good faith and benefiting human happiness. It should not be suppressed by the Chinese government at all!
