Shao，Yixiao ：The Communist Party of China (CPC)’s one-part autocracy lead to official corruption

One-party autocracy means a national regime was dominated by a single party, and that single party monopolized the political and military power over a long period of time, in history, the national regime of such kind usually is a fascist or socialist country. While causing official oppression over people, the one-party autocracy tends to breed bureaucratic privileges, results an uncontrollable social tensions. Under one-party autocracy, bureaucrat enjoy privileges, which includes premium food and special allowances, while those bureaucrat alienated themselves from the masses and disdain to care about he the people’s suffering, due to the fact that there is no impartial and objective media to supervise CPC, the emergence of official corruption is inevitable; the CPC official is both the power maker and the power supervisor, hence the official tend to use their power to make illegal and unscrupulous money. The Former Chinese ministry of railways, CPC member, Shuguang Zhang, by using his privilege, had managed to corrupt as much as $2.8 billion. And the oversea press has reported that there are more CPC member corruption cases which are far worse than this. The truth is the CPC official corruption is no longer individual cases or a small probability event, whereas it is a pervasive systemic problem. In order to solve the CPC official corruption, the current political system must be changed, the CPC one-party autocracy must be abolished and a democratic and free political system must be established; only by executing aforementioned measures, the CPC’s official corruption problem can be effectively and efficiently solved.
