Shao，Yixiao：Realizing freedom of speech is the basic right of the Chinese people

The Communist Party of China (CPC) has been using the media as a machine to control the Chinese people since its establishment. The CPC authority always want to totally control people’s mind, speech and behavior. In order to maintain its dictatorship, CPC set up the propaganda department to promote its communist idea internally and externally, all the content from radio, TV and newspapers are censored before broadcasted out, in other words, almost all new news people got in China was castrated, biased and targeted, what the Chinese people can see and hear is what the CPC authority want them to see and believe. People never get real and comprehensive news; they don’t know the truth of sensitive things and have been kept in the dark. The CPC’s authority even has national wide cyber police, which has blocked thousands of websites under the banner of sweeping pornography, while many of the blocked URLs are in fact opposed to the CPC’s autocracy and advocated the idea of democracy, at the same time, the CPC has jammers in various places to interfere with the radio waves that criticize the CPC and tell the truth aboard, so as to prevent Chinese people from hearing different voices. In China, individuals are not allowed to install satellite TV receivers, because after installing satellite TV receivers, people will able to obtain some real news that is very different from the reports of the CPC, this is absolutely intolerable by the CPC. Countless people have been imprisoned in China for speaking the “wrong words” or saying things that are inconsistent with CPC, we, the people, have no freedom of speech in China, and our basic human right are being trampled on by the political authority, therefore, we must stand up bravely, oppose all actions that against the will of the people, and contribute all our strength to the cause of democracy in China.
