The lack of a legal system in mainland China has caused the people to take risks.
Although mainland China has repeatedly emphasized the need to build a legal system, in the process of actually implementing the legal system, the courts only serve the party and officials and powerful people. The people cannot get a fundamental guarantee. Therefore, various contradictions and conflicts often lead to fights in the end. Murder.
For example, small merchants and hawkers stabbed city management and police to death, employees vented their anger and killed unit leaders, and even retaliated among officials, which caused social turmoil and instability. These are tragedies caused by the lack of legal system!
