Li, Mingshan :The CCP strictly blocks online speech
李明山(Li, Mingshan)
Since the establishment of the Communist Party of China, the human and material resources invested in controlling the flow of information are widely regarded as the absolute number one in the world.
With the large-scale transfer of people's access to information to the Internet, the Chinese authorities have attempted to block the Internet to cut off people's free and authentic information channels.
Although the CCP has spent a lot of money to build the so-called national-level network firewall, which is often referred to as the Internet Berlin Wall, it has spared no effort to block information that is not conducive to the CCP’s autocratic regime, but people still do everything possible to understand the outside world, such as: Many Chinese people connect to the Internet through various means of circumventing the wall to learn about the actual situation in the world, especially about democracy, freedom, human rights and other aspects.
The CCP’s Internet blockade is actually a fear of people’s access to the international community through the Internet. Inspired by advanced values such as democracy, freedom, and human rights, it arouses the Chinese people’s awareness of democracy and human rights, and rises up against the CCP’s autocratic dictatorship.
However, history has proved that in human society, people have the right to resist the autocratic system that violates human rights, and the blockade of the Internet by the autocratic country will be broken sooner or later.
I believe that as human beings develop, China is also making progress, and China will surely realize freedom of speech.
