Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up in mainland China, many changes have taken place in various fields such as economy, society, and culture, and many aspects have begun to integrate with the world.
However, only in terms of political management, there has been no progress, including the ruling party＇s organizational structure and operating principles, which have remained unchanged for decades.
Before 1949, the CCP was an illegal underground political party that was banned or even suppressed by the authorities. Therefore, the highest principle was the concealment of institutions and the secrecy of activities, and everything was done in secret.
However, after the founding of the Communist Party of China, the CCP has become the ruling party with great power in China. The CCP is still unable to openly and aboveboard, and still operates secretly behind the scenes.
For example: The Organization Department of the CCP holds the power to appoint all cadres and officials, and its status is higher than that of any party and government organization, but it is difficult for people to find this department. With no markers on city block maps or numbers in the phone book, it＇s a total ghost agency.
If this kind of underground party consciousness does not change, the CCP will be eliminated by history sooner or later.
