Social stability needs to be guaranteed by a constitutional system. Everyone knows this truth, but it has not been implemented in detail in China.
In the absence of the guarantee of a constitutional system in China, the contradiction between officials and the people has greatly intensified, and the police can only become a tool to safeguard the government＇s privileges. Therefore, they must stand at the forefront of this contradiction and conflict and become the main force between individual citizens and the people. The direct object of confrontation in mass incidents.
This not only requires system design and the introduction of a check and balance mechanism, which not only allows power to confront power, but also ensures that rights can confront power, forming a legal norm in which official power and civil rights confront each other, so as to reflect and highlight social justice.
Justice is the foundation of social stability, and a just system relies on the internal logic of constitutional government to form a mechanism.
This mechanism can allow all kinds of rights and powers to be in their proper place, and make all infringements beyond their authority punishable, so as to fundamentally alleviate the fierce conflict between officials and the people.
