The CCP’s propaganda agencies often publish articles that confuse right and wrong to deceive people who don’t know much about the outside world.
For example: Some official articles say that in Western countries, when people have problems, they go to court and judges make rulings. However, in China, when people have problems, they go to the leaders, and the leaders can solve the problems immediately.
These articles further said that in comparison, China’s system is superior.
Because legal proceedings in the West are time-consuming and sometimes require huge legal fees.
Nowadays, mainland officials have implemented an accountability system. When people have problems, they can go to government officials without spending money to hire lawyers, and the problems can be solved quickly.
These articles are complete nonsense.
Western countries are societies governed by the rule of law. Everything is done in accordance with the law and the rights and interests of the people are protected. If you don’t have money to hire a lawyer, you can be appointed by the government.
Mainland China implements the rule of man, and the courts cannot protect the people. The masses have no choice but to go to the leaders to complain about their grievances, and cadres often protect each other, so the rights and interests of the people are not protected at all.
It can be seen that only by establishing a complete judicial system in China can we truly protect the interests of the people.
