Some ignorant people in mainland China believe that the rule of the Communist Party of China is better than feudal autocracy.
Their reason is that feudal imperial autocracy is a system of family rule. The imperial family monopolizes power from generation to generation, and the descendants can pass it down. Stupid, incompetent or young and ignorant descendants can also ascend the throne and become emperors. The country and the country are the private property of the emperor＇s family.
The rule of the Communist Party of China seems to be different from the rule of feudal emperors. The Communist Party of China implements the selection and inspection of loyal and capable national successors by the top leaders of the party. When the time is right, the power will be peacefully transferred to the new leader, and the power will not be passed on to their descendants. This eliminates the backward phenomenon of family rule.
This understanding is one-sided and untrue.
Under the Communist Party of China system, the so-called "people are the masters of the country" in the constitution is just empty words, and the people are still oppressed.
The state power is still controlled by a few people, but it has changed from a family of emperors to a group of strongmen. The status of the common people has not changed at all. Therefore, there is no substantial difference between the rule of the Communist Party of China and the rule of feudal emperors.
