Zhang，Dexiang： We must take the path of modern civilization

During the past radical revolutionary period, the CCP strongly condemned the colonial policy of Western imperialism, accusing Western countries of using their political and economic advantages to exploit the working people of third world countries, plunder the resources of third world countries, control the political economy of third world countries, and bring great disasters to the people of third world countries.
However, the CCP’s actions in third world countries are no different from those of Western imperialist countries in the early years.
For example: The CCP’s infrastructure investment in African countries must be based on the condition that Chinese state-owned enterprises have "absolute control" and profits must be remitted back to China, which makes it impossible for the local economy and people to truly benefit.
In addition, the entry of Chinese-funded enterprises into Africa has brought about poaching of wild animals, smuggling of ivory and rhino horns, tax evasion, tax avoidance, money laundering and other problems, disrupting local society and destroying the ecological balance. It has actually become a new scourge, which makes the local people very disgusted.
This shows that the CCP is actually still following the old path of the 18th century colonial countries, rather than the path of modern civilization.
