                                 A Democratic Constitution

      To create a democratic constitution is a pledge by a democratic China to establish democracy and freedom for the people of China. It is not bestowed, inherited, or imposed. The constitution of a free China is based on freedom. The constitution is of the people of China only, by the people of China only, and for the people of China only.
      Having a democratic constitution means we are going to live in democracy. We are free citizens. We are under the rule of nothing but the laws created by the people of China. We do away with misuse of authorities, dictatorial and aggressive practices, or exclusive privileges. We set rules that bind everyone equally.
