                         Yuzhen Yang：What are the Relations between the Corrupt Official and Mine Calamity


China is the country which the mine calamities occur frequently. Earthshaking detonation of the gas in coalmine continued from one to another. Now people are frightened by those detonations. Coalmine accidentally filled with water is another big calamity. The water and fire are cruel. Every coalmine calamity is amount to the lost of bunch of people’s lives. Even at several seconds before, those vigorous lives are working hard under the mine for other people’s warmth and happiness, with in no time, their bodies are shattered or merge into the inexorable plight……

There are strong relations between the corrupt officials and the coalmine calamity. Had it not been for so many corrupt officials, there wouldn’t have been so many coalmine calamities. This has become a common sense. In some place the important governmental officials have lots of deals with the mine owners secretly, or furthermore, are the shareholders of the coalmine. They have the stocks, namely, “the authoritative officials invest the coalmine.” Almost all serious coalmine accidents have a corrupt background. People cry out with bitter hatred: if the corruption doesn’t die, the coalmine calamity will never end! Unfortunately, corruption is still prevailing.

China’s coalmine accident is unprecedented in the world regarding either to the frequency or to the number of casualty. Today, China is the first for the number of her corrupt officers and the frequency of coalmine accidents. This is the Chinese race’s sadness.
