Jianming Liang: The Principle for The Chinese Officials is Benefit First
China has no future. all the natural resource has been polluted or destroyed. The material for living will disappear. All those corruption and evil will erupt when they accumulated to a certain extent. When people eroded all the ethics and courtesies, people can only confront each other with barbarism. Those Chinese people almost have no moral concerns when they conduct a evil behavior. As long as they can get benefit, they can do anything. A village citizens are specialized to brigandage, rob the trucks, bluff, make fake medicines, or deal drugs.
So China is not like a civilized society that distribute people’s duty according to the need of the society, but is according to their characters of craftiness, evilness, or deceit and the levels of those skills to distribute the benefits. It is the same as the carnivore, vegetarian, insects or fowl’s way to divide the work in a virgin forest. Under such environment, it is common for every officer become corrupt. If everyone disobeys the rule of the game, and craving for their own benefit with any means, why should the official be excluded?
