Chen Dan Hong：China needs a democratic leader collective
We are told by reality and history, China can only set up a new dynamic leader collective based on democratic rule ,thus we could root out faults , make exploration and innovation, fit for new position, form new thought , solve manifold problems, exploit new position.
Contemporary China，polarization is very serious，big gap between richness and poorness transcends the minimum line that could be endured by people，
Lots of workers laid off， there is no way for lots of peasants to increase their income. Due to starvation and coldness , or homelessness , security issues on society is on rise. Prostitution, gambling , drug are becoming prevailing , money supremacy , expectation for objects, loss of morality , craziness are very popular, bad management, corruption springs up, official with probity is difficult to find, reputation from Chinese authorities is dropping down…… risks are incubating in all of these cases . there are social , economic ,political , thought risks , if it is improperly dealt with, social order will be in turbulence , it will disturb and hinder developmental process in China , seriously.
International surrounding in China is very bad, there are many dangerous factors in social security. China must annul the life long rule for cadres, promote the substitution rule between youngsters and seniors , build up firm , powerful democratic leader collective.
