What is democracy, it means original democracy , original meaning for democracy is people right or reign from more parties, right belongs to people under the democratic rule, democratic rule established a principle concerning origin of right and right legalization . it means only veritable right from down to up, the right that expresses people willingness, basic right expressed by fundamental awareness , are the right under genuine democracy. Main characters for democracy are:
1）Regime legalization is from people , political power stems from people
political reign is selected by people.
2）Nation serves people, government exists for people.
3)Handful of people obeys majority of people , the decision is made based on
Awareness from majority of people.
4)Citizens enjoy referendum , main official s from the government for each level must be set by voting .
5)Based on above-mentioned content, it is easy to read that democracy is opposed concept with dictatorship & arbitrariness . Because reign from one people or a handful of people means dictatorship & arbitrariness, democracy means reign from people or majority of people.
